Step
1
Open
an image. The one we will use here is an old shot of some power
lines on a ridge.

Step 2
Open
the moon image. Left click and hold on the moon and drag it into
the powerline image. Drag the moon layer below the powerline layer
and set the layer blending mode to HardLight. Now click on the
powerline layer and set the blending mode to LinearLight.

Step 3
Open
a Rustic Background. I chose Rustic Wall Background #22 from Rustic
Walls Volume 6. Under the Image menu select Image Size and change
the size of the Rustic Wall image to match the size of the powerline
image. In this case 1200x1600. Click OK.

Step 4
Left
click and hold in the Rustic Wall image while holding down the
shift key(centers the image) and drag it into the powerline image.
NOTE: the Rustic Background is the top layer. Set the layer blending
mode to HardLight. The second layer down is the powerline image
and it's blending mode should be LinearLight. The last layer down
is the moon.

Step 5
Now
lets add some snap to the image. Click on the rustic layer to
make it active. Press CTRL-L to bring up the levels dialog. Drag
the Rightmost slider to 194 and the middle slider to 0.90.
